Coincidentally enough, at around the same time I was attempting a Sherilyn Fenn-inspired look, based around skirt/jumper combos of a kind I fondly imagined resembled her Twin Peaks outfits. Then I realized that I was accidentally dressing like Velma from Scooby Doo.
I like the little note at the top, especially since, for all I know, your early 90s aesthetic might have been pretty ambitious.
