Paradise Round

Peeyow! Zeus here, sitting on my cloud with my big white beard, and bringing you this fortnight's quiz! Basically it's the Hell round again but this time it's Heaven, or Limbo, or anyway not Hell. It was going to be about fictional museums - that would have been great - but they proved a lot harder to find images of, so here instead are ten visions of The Afterlife to be matched to the following ten actors: Gael García Bernal, David Niven, Warren Beatty, Burt Reynolds, Matt Stone and/or Mike Judge, Keanu Reeves, Buster Keaton, Robin Williams, Saoirse Ronan, and pretty much everyone from Monty Python. Who got sent where? Answers as ever will be posted in the comments.

  1. AND HERE ARE THE ANSWERS... 1:- Saoirse Ronan in "The Lovely Bones", which I haven't seen but doesn't seem like a great idea. 2:- Warren Beatty in "Heaven Can Wait". 3:- David Niven in "A Matter of Life and Death" or "Stairway to Heaven", a lot of these Heavens have staircases in them. 4:- Keanu Reeves in "Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey" again, which also has a Heavenly staircase. 5:- Robin Williams in "What Dreams May Come" again. 6:- Gael García Bernal in "Coco". 7:- "Meaning of Life" innit. Monty Python. 8:- Either Matt Stone or Mike Judge depending on who you credit as Kenny in "South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut." Stone voiced him muffled, but as Peter Davis pointed out as we were playing this, Beavis-and-Butthead creator Mike Judge actually voices him unmuffled in the film. 9:- Burt Reynolds in "All Dogs Go To Heaven" again. 10:- Buster Keaton, seconds after Saint Peter pulls the lever in "The Haunted House".
