In today's Defoe our fictional narrator faces similar tests to his own charity, and also goes a bit Logan Paul when he visits the new plague pit. That's a youtube reference because I'm a youtuber now. (The jumpy edits in the intro are simply the result of me cutting out an apology for how gabbly yesterday's reading was, since today's turned out to be just as rushed. I'd woken up with the idea that if I read the prose quicker, it would actually be easier to understand, but this falls down if I'm reading aloud faster than I can actually speak. Well it's too late to start wearing glasses now.)
